He was predeceased by: his parents, L. B. Cook and Pauline Cook; and his daughter Rebecca Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Nadine Cook of Thornfield, Missouri.; his sister Barbara Wehrman of Kirbyville Missouri; his sons, Ben Cook (Vikki) and Bret Cook (Melanie) of Theodosia, Missouri.; his grandchildren, Desiree and Scott Godbersen of Neosho, Missouri.; and his great great grandchildren, Skye Wells and Emma Lane.
