He was predeceased by: his mothers, Iva A. Dugan and Alma Dugan (Lane); his son William Calvin; and his sister Naoma Ruth. He is survived by: his wife Judy Dugan; and his daughters, Kathy Wheeler of Yuma, AZ, Kim Holley (Dennis) of Corona, CA and Kristine McCants (James) of Riverside, CA. He is also survived by four grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and several cousins.

Memorials may be made to the Fannon Cemetery or the Wounded Warriors.
