He is survived by: his wife Carol Lowman (Harrison) of Theodosia; his daughters, Lisa Fink (Lindsey) of Petersburg, IL, Tammy Lowman of California, Lori Hull (Brad) of Mason City, IL and Kelli Rusk (Brent) of Branson, MO; his grandchildren, Brock Fink (Meghan), Seth Fink (Marlea), Chance Fink (Chrissy), Neil Embry, Kelci Kennett (Zeke), Bradley Hull, Mason Broyles, Gunner Broyles and Jase Broyles; his great grandchildren, Rowynn Fink, Bowden Fink, Josie Fink, Boone Fink, Quinn Fink, Rhett Kennett and Beau Kennett; and his siblings, Charles Lowman and Rita Vaughan of Mason City, IL..
