He was predeceased by: his parents, Luthur Collins and Thelma Irene Collins (Lawson); his siblings, Margie Marie Collins and Clyde Collins; and his brother-in-law Bill Winstead.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah Christine Collins (Brush) of Theodosia, MO; his children, Shawna Ball (Wayne), Philip Shane Collins (Darla Davlin), Charles Allen Winwood (Jennifer Elaine) and Kimberly Michelle Hensley (Farris); his siblings, Luther Collins Jr. (Anna Faye), Douglas Wayne Collins (Gail) and Betty Sue Winstead; and his close friends, Perry Smeltcer, Clyde Parker, T. Gibson, Dean, Sharon Williams, Gary, Venassa Price, Steve, Mary Hug, Dave Seiter, Mark Barger and Brian Klukow. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren; 12 nieces and nephews.
