He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Kane and Lora Kane (Hayes); and his siblings, Robert, Willard, Willis, Warren, Lawrence, Paul, Linden Kane, Verna Holland, Irene Davis, Sylvia Albanesi and Bashie Williams.
He is survived by: his children, Kevin Kane (Judy) of Theodosia, MO and Kerry Kane of Phoenix, AZ; his wife Jayne Kane of West Plains; his grandchildren, Christopher Kane, Kyle Kane, Riley Kane and Trevor Kane; and his great grandchild Marceline Kane.
In 2006, the Doniphan Chamber of Commerce honored Ken and Carole Kane as the "Partner Citizens of the Year" for their community efforts including leading Timberfest, American Cancer Society, Church Kids programs and several other events.
