With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joe Bill Mahan of Theodosia, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 29, 2024 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cally Mahan and Myrtle Mahan (Brown); and his sisters, Beaulah Mashburn, Alene Clayton and Jean Hillhouse.
He is survived by: his wife Juanita Mahan; his children, David Mahan (Robin) and Yvette Shoemaker (Mike); his grandchildren, Daniel Mahan, Telea Mahan (Chad Crossland), Abby Mahan, Andrew Adams and Christopher Adams (Malissa); his great grandchildren, Heath Dale (Shelby), Tatum Mahan, Michael and Cash James; his great great grandchild Haden Dale; and his nephews, Harold Clayton, Jimmy Hillhouse and Roger Hillhouse. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Clinkingbeard Funeral Home Chapel (434 Main St, Gainesville, MO 65655). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
