He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry Bazzle and Gail Bazzle (Gardner); and his brother Bryan Bazzle. He is survived by: his wife Pam Bazzle of Theodosia, Missouri; his children, Curtis Davis, Sean Bazzle, Joshua Bazzle, Logan Bazzle, Laura Davis-Ewry (Thad), Heather Bazzle and Rebecca Bazzle (Christopher); his grandchildren, Brianna Wayman, Triten Ewry, Alissa Davis, Haley Davis, Drake Bazzle, Zander Bazzle, Bryce Bazzle, Shylah West, Britton West, Harper Lock and Meredith Lock; his sisters, Robin Groth (Terry) and Denise Bazzle; his close friend Luther Wages; and his pet Tug.
