She is survived by: her children, Dennis Blocker (Sheila) and Karen Langston Patti Scott (James); her stepdaughters, Alice Goehman and Brenda Johnson; her siblings, Nathan Puckett, Larry Joe Puckett and Geneva Wortham; and her child Jesse Doughty.
