He was predeceased by: his mother Louise Kusniar. He is survived by: his wife Jeanine Smith-Kuzniar; and his daughters, Donna Sanders, Marie Kuzniar, Cheryl Drager and Lora Huls. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
