She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald Mullen and Mary Jane Ryan Mullen; her husband Doyle Blackburn; and her brothers, John Mullen, Bill Mullen and Richard Goans.
She is survived by: her daughter Mary Lynn Chastain (Chuck) of Broken Arrow; her sister-in-law Ruth Goans of Mammoth Spring, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Marla White (Mark) of Lee's Summit and Alan Pender of Thayer, Missouri; her great grandchildren, Rachelle Drescher, Braydon Pender (Aubrey King), Maryn White and Reese Pender; her great great grandchildren, Graham Drescher and Banks Pender; and her nieces and nephews, Rick Goans (Melissa Jones), Eddie Goans (Beverly), Andy Goans (Angela Meredith), Michael Mullen (Lisa), Dan Mullen (Barbara), Laurie Maney and Mara Silies. She is also survived by other relatives; and a host of friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Thayer Fun & Friends Senior Center or the American Alzheimer's Association.
