He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobbie Wallace and Dortha Fay Wallace (Hodge); his daughter Chyain Wallace; his sister Alicia Wilson; and his nephew Mickel Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Donyale Wallace of West Plains, Missouri; his children, Courtney Wallace (David Allen) of West Plains, Missouri and Dereke Wayne Wallace of West Plains, Missouri; his granddaughter Chyain Ragan of West Plains, Missouri; his sister Lora Allen of Cabool, Missouri; his sister-in-law Delsa Watson (Mark Bachmann); his parents-in-law, Linda Anderson and Jerry Rucker (Mary); and his brother-in-law Bryan Rucker (Amy). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and grandnieces and grandnephews.
