He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Stinnett and Lavenia Stinnett; his former wife Debbie Cagle; his stepfather Tommy Cagle; and his siblings, Wanda Stinnett and David Stinnett.
He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Cagle; his children, Rhonda Stinnett, Lonnie Paul Cagle (Theresa), Tommy Cagle (Chris), Jimmy Cagle (Teresa) and Jana Watkins (Doug); and his stepchildren, Geri Benfield (Kevin) and Stan Grooms (Sarah). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren & eight great- grandchildren; six step-grandchildren & four step great-grandchildren.
