He was predeceased by: his mother Dixie Whatley. He is survived by: his siblings, Ricky, Bonnie, Vickie, Tim and Charlie; his wife Patti Pack; his children, Michael Weaver, Samantha Clark, Courtney Havens (Michael), Stefanie Bullman (Chase), Elijah Weaver, Noel Booth (Ricky Dickerson) and Jesse Booth; and his grandchildren, Caroline, Lauren, Gabe, Kathryn, Dixie, Charlotte, Beckett, Race and Rose.
