He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Waggoner and Mary Waggoner; his wife Rhonda; his brother-in-law David Harper; his sister Geneva Sims; and his grandson Jackson Waggoner.
He is survived by: his son Shane Waggoner (Ruth); his grandchildren, Nylah, Gavin, Andelynn and Peyton; his child Kelby Waggoner (Bethany); his grandchildren, Chevy, Remmy and Hadley; his children, Dylan Waggoner (Lindsey) and Lexie Collins (Jesse); his grandchildren, Lyza, Jr., Jagger and Jazlie; his sister Vicky; his brother-in-law Donnie Brotherton; and his siblings, Shirley Harper and Jerry Waggoner (Sandy). He is also survived by many other siblings, cousins, family members, and friends.
