He was predeceased by: his father Noel "Buddy" Russell; his sister Cynthia Jo Higginbottom; and his great-nephew Blake Fisher. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Russell; his children, Logan Russell of Paragould and Carly Russell; his mother Lois Phelps Russell of Hardy; his mother-in-law Ruth Arnn of Batesville; his siblings-in-law, Connie Sharp (Mitch) of Charlotte, Dianne Patterson (Rodney) of Batesville and Bobby Higginbottom of Jonesboro; and his nieces and nephews, Jennifer Lloyd (John) of Mena, Mary Beth Shatley (Chris) of Cave City, Alyssia Fisher (Stephen) of Mammoth Spring, Morgan Jines (Trevor) of Jonesboro, Adam Patterson (Stephanie) of Farmington and Philip Patterson (Kayla) of Benton.
