He is survived by: his wife Roxan Gates (Agee); his daughter Lillie Gates of Thayer, MO; his sisters, Janet James (Thomas) of Eminence, MO, Joyce Gates of Dongola, IL and Jean Counts (Roger) of Eminence, MO; and his brother-in-law Jayson Vance, Sr. of Eminence, MO. He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
