She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Rackley and Lucy Rackley (Johnson); and her brothers, Lonnie "Red" Rackley and Roy Lee Rackley. She is survived by: her children, Shelia Puccetti of Thayer, MO, Vincent Elder (Brenda) of Mammoth Spring, AR and Robyn Eberts of Caseyville, IL; and her sister Carla Montgomery (Darryl) of Arnold, MO. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
