He is survived by: his wife Remy; his children, Donette King (Mike) of West Plains, MO, Shelley Dale (Jeff) of Indiana, Sheryle Campbell (Ronnie) of West Plains, MO, Donald Shultz, Jr. of West Plains, MO, Dirk Shultz (Becki) of Thayer, MO and Dayna Underwood (Steve) of Thayer, MO; and his brother Rich Shultz of Alabama. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
