He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank James and Flora James of Randolph County, Arkansas.; his wife Johannah James; his daughters, Rebecca James and Joann James; his son-in-law Clay Lowther; his grandsons, Randy James, Jeffery James and Mark Stiefvater; and his great grandchild Andrew Neal James.
He is survived by: his son Frank James (Linda) of Garfield, AR.; and his close friend Delsia Crawford of Gatewood, MO.. He is also survived by his family and many friends.
