He is survived by: his wife Christy; his sons, Shane Casey (Leslie), Brandon Casey (Ashley), Travis Hollis and Jon Hollis (Shelly); his grandchildren, Gavin, Madisyn, Tommy, Kagen, Owen, Makenzie and Brooke; his siblings, Brant (Angela), Tammy and Edward (Theresa); and his nieces and nephews, J. C., Chad, Crystal and Merinda. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
