He is survived by: his children, Leslie Pitts (Jerry) of Saltillo, Ashley McCutchen of Southaven, Travis Moore (Heather) of Kansas City, Amanda Gunn of Thayer and Lucas Moore of Springfield, Missouri; his brothers, Charlie McCutchen (Teresa) of Ozark and Mike McCutchen (Shirley) of Thayer, Missouri; and his close friend Michelle Crowell of Alton, Missouri. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
