Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Carter Funeral Home Chapel, West Plains, Missouri (827 Chestnut St, Thayer, MO 65791). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
