She is survived by: her husband David Richards of Tecumseh, MO; her children, Tonja Richards of Des Moines, IA and Troy Richards of Urbandale, IA; her granddaughters, Olivia and Isabella "Bella" Richards; her siblings, Rick Sands of College Station, TX and Connie Metz of Lennox, SD; her niece Michelle Schroeder (Jason); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Rebeka and Heath of Worthing, SD. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
