He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman J. and Barbara M. (Hines); his parents-in-law, Sybil Heavener (Collins) and Jesse Cleveland; his sister Jodi Foster; and his nephew Michael Foster.
He is survived by: his wife Susie Snorgrass; his son Scott Williams (Dessa McBride); his fiancé Jackie Pitt of Westminster, CO.; his grandchildren, Zack Sirota, Aaron, Kassidy, Kaylee Williams, Cailyn Garner, Liam McBride, Shelby, Nathan Williams, Lukas, Allison, Kennedy Sewell, Tucker, CammiDonn Wilhite, Walker Lopez, Nolan Bassham, Gracie Williams, Michael and Isabella Pitt; his mother-in-law Peggy Cleveland; and his brothers-in-law, Grover Cleveland (Annie), Gary Cleveland (Sondra), Allen Heavener (Mavis) and Carl Murphy (Lindsey). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
