He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Colleen Rhoades (Chastain); his former wife Deborah A. Slemp; his wife Debbie Rhoades; his daughter Sandy Rhoades; and his siblings, David Rhoades (Elizabeth), Terri Laverentz (Wayne) and Judy Wooten (Larry). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
