He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry S. Hoffrogge and Avis A. Hoffrogge (Flesner); his siblings, Ricky, Gordon Hoffrogge and Karen Hoffrogge; and his nieces and nephews, Brockton Perry, Brian Perry, Donald Perry, David Hoffrogge, Taylor Heilman and Kerry Heilman.
He is survived by: his sisters, Donna Perry (Dwight) and Rebecca Mertz.
