He is survived by: his wife Janet Grable; his children, Lori Nordyke (Aaron) and Dan Athen (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Caleb, Bailey Nordyke, Ryan, Brandon Athen, Stephanie and Dan; and his siblings, Jim Athen (Phyllis), Marcene Lillethorup and Jeanette Peterson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
