He is survived by: his wife Barbara Maxine Kerby; his children, Doug Brunk (Tami) of Grand Island, Lou Brunk (Lisa) of Farragut, Iowa and Pam Nance (Tim) of Nixa, Missouri; his sisters, Beverly Aviles of Mattawan, Betty Grogan (Jerry) of Kearney and Nancy Mihalevich (Frank) of Tampa, Florida; his sister-in-law Rita Brunk of Lancaster; his grandchildren, Jed Brunk, Jake Brunk, Josee Brunk, Nicole Ternus (Jason), Amber Wilcox (Todd), Teagan Brunk, Zach Smiley (Jaimie), Jordan Franks, Mark Glenn (Jamie), Scott Glenn, Trey Patrick, Michelle Erickson (Scott) and Matt Nance (Katie Crackenberger); his great grandchildren, Hailey, Peyton, Trapper, Forrest, Savannah, Adrian, Cameron, Rayleigh, Layne Anderson, Luke Anderson, Leah Glenn, Este, Tatum and Quien Smiley; and his great great grandchild Dalyss. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
