He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Cerven and Marjorie Cerven (Akers); his grandson Sam Fletcher; his daughter-in-law Cyndi Cerven; his brothers, Robert Dean Cerven (Betty) and Dale Cerven; and his brother-in-law Talton Hicks.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Cerven; his children, Dave Cerven, Deb Fletcher (Scott) and Darin Cerven (Mary Kate); his grandchildren, Evan Cerven (Kelsey), Seth Fletcher (Jackie Bradley), Jake Cerven (MacKenzie) and Kyle Cerven; and his sister Dorothy Hicks. He is also survived by sister-in-law.
