It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dan Nelson (Tarkio, Missouri), born in Saint Paul, Minnesota, who passed away on July 28, 2024, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ted Nelson and Esther Nelson (Jensen); his brother David Nelson; his close friend Janet Enderle; his children, Cashie Proctor (Jeremy), Shon (Chelsey), Danny Nelson (Nicolette), Matthew Palmerton and Spencer Smith (Karley); his grandchildren, Skylar, Caden, Carsen, Kaleigh, Raylan, Isaiah, Titus, Caleb, Ryker, Niya, Harmony and Gavin; and his siblings, Cyndy (Bill) of Minnesota, Janet (Ron) of Minnesota, Sue Nelson of Minnesota and Carol Cook of Minnesota. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
