With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Russell Burkhart (Taneyville, Missouri), who passed away on December 9, 2018 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Burkhart and Cora Burkhart (Johnson); his wife Norma; and his siblings, Roy, Earl, Manford, Robert, Mary Lee Baker and Hazel Peace.
He is survived by: his children, Kathy Hunter of Ozark, David (Brenda) of Taneyville, MO., Nancy (Charles) of Taneyville, MO. and Rick (Shelia) of Taneyville, MO.; his grandchildren, Michael Hunter (Susan) of Pensacola, FL., Karla Yeary (Gerald) of Bradleyville, Greg Stiffler (Lisa) of North Platte, NE., Melinda Coulter (Billy) of Taneyville, MO., Daniel Burkhart (Melinda) of Forsyth, Tom Burkhart (Chelsie) and Jason Burkhart; and his sisters, Geneva Young of Washington and Virgie Schroder of Concord, CA.. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and Step- grandchildren.
