He is survived by: his mother Wanda Crouch (Rogers) of Forsyth; his wife Linda Crouch; his children, Jason Crouch Bradleyville (Alicia), Codie Swindle of Tulsa, OK, Johnnie Crouch, Jr. (Mellissa Johnson) of Rockaway Beach, Jessica VanKirk (Eric) of Forsyth and Sarah Crouch (Jacob Hampton) of Walnut Shade; and his brother Barry Crouch (Lisa) of Kissee Mills. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
