He was predeceased by: his father Dale Crouch; and his siblings, Stephen and Robin Taber. He is survived by: his mother Wanda Crouch (Rogers) of Forsyth; his wife Linda Crouch; his children, Jason Crouch Bradleyville (Alicia), Codie Swindle of Tulsa, OK, Johnnie Crouch, Jr. (Mellissa Johnson) of Rockaway Beach, Jessica VanKirk (Eric) of Forsyth and Sarah Crouch (Jacob Hampton) of Walnut Shade; and his brother Barry Crouch (Lisa) of Kissee Mills. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Bryant Ridge Church (285 Sims Rd, Taneyville, MO 65759). A burial was held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 at the Snapp Cemetery.
