He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilber Moody and Annie Lou Moody (Paul); his stepfather J. W. Thompson; his brother Derryl; his sister-in-law Kay Moody; and his uncle Encil Moody.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Skillman; his children, Debbie Hays of Tuscumbia, MO, Steve Moody (Sigrid) of Darlington, MD, Wendy Fairfax (Eugene) of Jefferson City, MO, Kathy Meyer (Lloyd) of Tipton, MO, Mary Franken (Steve) of Bunceton, MO and James Moody (Allison) of Green Ridge, MO; and his stepchildren, Tina Shores of California, MO, Neal Shores (Kim) of Mississippi and Michelle Shores of Eldon, MO. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.
