She is survived by: her children, Billy Lewis of Tipton, Betty Lewis of Merritt Island, Patricia Forbis (John) of California and Brenda Elley of Tipton; and her grandchildren, Jeffrey Dotson, Crystal Dotson, Nicholas Hill, Jessica Hammond, Tashia Martin and Tara Lewis. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
