He is survived by: his wife Jackie (Adams); his daughters, Angel Marie Perkins of Sweet Springs and Erica Jean Perkins of Sweet Springs; his stepchildren, Holly Fisher, Gabrielle Miner (Mason) of Sweet Springs and Matthew Fisher (Jessica) of Sedalia; his grandchildren, Chloe Fisher, Cayden Jett, Gabriel, Belle, Braylon, Henry, Soren Miner, Gideon (Fisher) and Garrett Dieckhoff; his brothers, David Perkins (Connie) of Florida, Daniel Perkins (Wendy) of New Jersey, James Perkins (Rose Mary) of Marshall, MO and John Perkins (Denise) of Australia; his brother-in-law Cyrus Crowder (Mary) of Tennessee; his sisters, Patricia Bakert (John) of Miami, MO, Susan Brissett (Harry) of St. Joseph, MO, Winnie Jacobs (Rodney) of Harrisonville, MO and Mary Dempsey (Larry) of Blue Springs, MO; and his aunts, Karen Payne of California, Betty Atkins of Texas and June Schnoor of Wisconsin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and so many friends.
