She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Edgar Lear and Glennis Everts Lear. She is survived by: her husband Charles L. Swopes; her children, Guy Swopes and Lee Swopes (Jessica) of LaMonte; her grandchildren, Nicole Wilhite (Zac), Allison Gilmore (Andy), Morgan Mannix (Charlie), Devin Swopes and Jennica Swopes; her great grandchildren, Peyton Wilhite and Theodore Mannix; her brother Edgar Lear (Kathryn) of Knob Noster, MO; and her nephew Anthony Lear.
