He is survived by: his sons, Richard James Holland Jr. (Kristina) of Clearfield, UT, Shannon Wayne Holland of Sedalia and David Alan Hutchison (Samantha) of Sweet Springs; his grandchildren, Madelein Holland, Dillon Hutchison, Alexus, Valorie, Jaylen and Cory Christensen; and his pet Charlie.
