He is survived by: his children, Jason Burke (Becky) of Blackburn, Michael Rathman (Mary) of Sedalia, Andi Carlisle (Greg) of Kirksville and Kelly Chitwood (Michael) of Sweet Springs; his sisters, Dorothy Wagner of Sweet Springs and Mary DeHart of Waterford, MS; and his significant other Mary Thompson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
