He is survived by: his wife Darleen of Marshall; his children, Kevin Mullins (Stephanie) of Warsaw, MO, Duane Mullins (Lisa) of Marshall and Renee Breshears (Chad) of Marshall; his grandchildren, Mikle Mullins (Emily), Kyle Mullins, Tanner Lewis, Jackson Mullins, Kaitlin Land, Haley Holmes, Brennen Holmes, Carlie Burton, Paisley Breshears, Sarah Phegley (Austin), Tyler Breshears (Ashley), Jaeleen Breshears, Maria Breshears, Jeremy Mullins (Amanda), Brandon Mullins and Ryan Mullins; his great grandchildren, Levi Mullins, Wyatt Breshears, Oaklee Breshears, Harper Phegley and Ryelee Phegley; and his brother Wesley Mullins (Shirley) of Sweet Springs. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
