He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Castleman and Martha Josephine Cooper Castleman; and his sister Kathy Duke. He is survived by: his wife Linda Fisher Hendrick; his daughter April Fernandez (Bob) of Hemet, CA; his stepsons, Jeramy Hendrick (Michelle) of Georgetown, TX and Jody Hendrick (Jessica) of Higginsville, MO; his grandchildren, Alexis Cornelius (Meika), Arika Loera-Flores (Cristian), Jessie-Rae Hendrick (Kolby), Ally Whittack, Bailey Hendrick, Madeline, Mason Villareal, Stephanie, Cindy, Ashlyn Fernandez and Madelynn Sonstegard; and his great grandchildren, Lucas and Jackson Cornelius.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Sweet Springs Volunteer Fire Department in care of Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home.
