She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Floyd and Myrtle Bell Batye (Waugh); her husband Wayne; her daughter Doris DeAnne Woody; her grandson Tony Sagar; and her siblings, Bill Gene Batye, Robert Lawrence Batye, Joyce Carr and Stella Milligan.
She is survived by: her children, James Woody, Jr. (Merri), Kenneth Woody (Kelly) of Savannah, Steven Woody (Kathy) of Elmer, Missouri and Elizabeth Vincent (Todd); and her sister Edith Hoffman of Sumner, Missouri.. She is also survived by twenty-four grandchildren; thirty-three great grandchildren; ten great-great grandchildren.
