He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Henry and Aurelia Maria Holtman (Brandt); his wife Patricia Lehman; his son Mike Holtman; his grandson Michael Paul Holtman; and his siblings, Robert, David Holtman, Carine Holtman and Dorothy Holtman.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy Montgomery (John) of Sumner and Kellie Holtman of St. Joseph, Missouri; his siblings, Roger Holtman of Dunlap, Gary Holtman (Doris) of Mississippi, Joyce Courter of Dunlap and Marie Boyle (Gary) of Trenton, Missouri; and his friend David Meservey. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
