He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Byron Hay Sr. and Oleta Mae Hay (Barton); and his siblings, Cecil Hay Jr. and Patricia Hay. He is survived by: his sister Carolyn Alton of Summersville, MO; his nieces and nephews, Lance, Jeffrey Alton of Summersville, MO, Richard, Joe Allan Hay of Mineral Wells, TX, Dawn Cooper and Carlian Robinson of Summersville, MO; his aunt Fran Bass of Paradise, TX; and his uncle Wesley Shubert. He is also survived by numerous great-nieces and nephews and cousins.
