She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Harris and Rosalie Harris (Swearengin); her husband Lynn Alan Smith; her parents-in-law, Carl and June Smith; her sister Carol Jean; and her siblings-in-law, Paul Ray, Jim Brashers and Connie Jean.
She is survived by: her children, Scottie Lynn, Jason Allen, Dana Lyanne, Scott, Rhonda Smith of Summersville, Erin Smith of Huntsville, MO and Jimmy Buschmann of Summersville; her grandchildren, Jonathan, Kiera Smith of Summersville, Victoria, Roger Porter of Springfield, Corey, Jalyn Smith of Moberly, Patrick Hawkins, Andrew Buschmann, Austin Row of Summersville and Kyle Smith of Huntsville; her great grandchild Adalynn Smith; and her siblings, Rosie (Gary Weaver), Jim (Susan Joplin), Bill (Dena Smith), Roy (Glenda Smith), Ron Smith of Summersville, Marlene Smith of Summersville, Janet (Thurlow Barnes) and Joyce (Mike Powell). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
