She is survived by: her husband Leonard Clark Sr.; her sons, Leonard Clark Jr. (Stephanie) and Kenny Ray Smith; and her sisters, Melany Kramer and Tina Lane. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren other family members and friends.
