He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Marion and Effie Ward (Mendenhall); his children, Charles Lee and Betty Jean; and his siblings, Bobby Ray and Lynna.
He is survived by: his wife Anna Belle Ward; his stepdaughter Sandra Gail Marty; his children-in-law, Tom Marty and Bonnie Ward; and his sister Freeda. He is also survived by five grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Evans Funeral Home (224 S Grand Ave, Houston, MO 65483). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Emery Cemetery (8224 Emery Rd, Bucyrus, MO 65444).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Emery Cemetery.
