With profound sadness, we say goodbye to William J. Wright of Sullivan, Missouri, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lynn Wright and Alta Wright (Lillard); his great grandchild Alaina Wright; and his siblings, James "Jim" Wright (Leta), Thelma Edwards (Carl), Velma Fulbright (Keith) and Jeanie Peterson (Kenny).
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Wright of Sullivan, Missouri; his children, Monty Wright (Linda) of Cuba, Michael Wright of Union, Bruce Wright (Valerie) of Sullivan and Kelly Miller (Jeff) of Owensville, Missouri; his grandchildren, Joey Ramstein (Amanda) of Leasburg, Billy Wright of Mountain Grove, Cassie Addis (Chris) of Joplin, Ashley Hawley (Dustin) of Amarillo, Monty Wright Jr. (Amanda Wagner) of Fredericksburg, Lindsay Danz (Jacob) of Rosebud, Taylor Miller of Owensville, Corrie Epperson (Adren Walsh) of Washington and Carrie Andrea (Natalie) of Bonne Terre, Missouri; his brother Lynn Wright (Carol) of Lebanon, Missouri; and his friends, John Riley of Glen Carbon and Gary Darrow of Springfield, Missouri. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the First Baptist Church - Sullivan (22 E Vine St, Sullivan, MO 63080). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
