He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lewis and Nora Lewis; his son Terry Lee Lewis Jr.; his siblings, Charles W. Lewis III, Judith Sweidan, Carol Hedges and Susie "Donna" Adkison; his niece Brandi King; and his nephew Marty Kleinberg.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Lewis (Bess) of Sullivan; his son Tim Lewis of Canton, NC; his stepson Jermy Mullins of Mountain Grove; his daughter Tia Marquino (Marlon) of Fenton; his brother Ronald Lewis (Donna) of Orangevale, CA; his brother-in-law Dannie Adkison of Sullivan; his sister Sherry Goddard (Jim) of St. Clair; and his grandchild Viléo "Rocket" Marquino.
Donations can be made in memory of Terry to the Siteman Cancer Center.
