She was predeceased by: her parents, Larry Roach and Wanda Roach; and her brother Shannon Roach. She is survived by: her husband Kevin Chapman of Sullivan, Missouri; her granddaughter Kayonie Jones; her brother Travis Roach of Forest Grove, OR; her nieces and nephews, Brandon Roach of Sullivan, MO, Felicia Campbell (Brandon) of Cabool, MO, Casey of Sullivan, MO, Emilee of Sullivan, MO and Abbey Roach of Sullivan, MO; and her sisters, Angell Kettenacker of Rockford, MN and Betty Jeane Hansman of Pacific, MO. She is also survived by cousins and special friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital.
