It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Startina Renee Harland of Sullivan, Missouri, born in Wood River, Illinois, who passed away on June 2, 2022, at the age of 43, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Danny Schmitz. She is survived by: her mother Mary Ann Hall of Washington; her husband Richard Harland of Sullivan; and her children, Candice Harland of Sullivan, Andrew Hall of Washington, William Harland of Sullivan, Aaron Ratterree of Mountain Grove and David Ratterree of Mountain Grove. She is also survived by two grandchildren; aunts; uncles; cousins; other relatives and many friends.
